I’ve been surrounded by bikes for my whole life, or at least as long as I can remember, so I’ve grown-up with a real passion for two wheels.
At the age of 7, I began to compete in motorcycle racing, starting my career in motocross. I won my first ever race meet and went on to compete at the Red Bull Pro Nationals where I won eight motocross championships.
Everything changed in 2016 when I swapped dirt for tarmac and moved into road racing. I competed in Thundersport GB on a Honda CB500 and was the youngest rider on the track at age 17. I was racing in a class of up to 70-80 riders at some events, so the pressure was on but I took my first podium position at the third round at my home track, Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk.
I got a taste for the podium and started to rack-up race wins and lap records before taking pole position at the last round at Cadwell Park, where I won all four races. I managed to finish my rookie season in second place overall, just five points off first place – not a bad start!.
